SC Health Equity and Diversity Summit     November 27, 2018 .      Columbia, SC
Sponsored by the Alliance for a Healthier SC, the summit will convene a diverse group of partners from various sectors that include state government, healthcare providers, employers, payers, consumers and community leaders, academics, philanthropy and policy. This summit will provide the background, key drivers, data and essential strategies needed to achieve equity. Attendees will discuss the major health equity issues facing the people of our state and begin a collaborative process to select a common set of equity-focused strategic priorities and actions.
