Reflective Supervision
Reflective supervision is an on-going best practice for the professionals who provide relationship-focused promotion, prevention and treatment to young children and their families.
Through SCIMHA’s program, an endorsed Reflective Supervisor guides an infant or early childhood mental health professional through challenges that arise in the field. The role of the supervisor is to help the practitioner answer his or her own questions and to provide the support and knowledge necessary to guide decision making.
