Learning Collaborative
Learn how to support your staff using reflective supervision.
SCIMHA's Reflective Supervision Learning Collaborative is a 12-month program comprised of learning sessions, web-based reflection experiences, active implementation phases and support throughout the process.
The program is designed for supervisors within the infant and early childhood program space. Participants should be ready to implement reflective supervision within their programs and pursue Endorsement (Endorsement for Culturally Sensitive, Relationship-Focused Practice Promoting Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health®) upon completion of the learning collaborative.
While it is helpful to have a basic knowledge of reflective supervision, no previous reflective supervision experience is necessary.
Supervisors in the following fields would benefit from the Reflective Supervision Learning Collaborative:
- Child Welfare Programs
- Early Care and Education
- Early Intervention
- Home Visiting
Professionals interested in participating in the learning collaborative but who do not possess a master's degree should emphasize experience, training, and personal or professional insights that have led to your interest in participating.
