Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Warm Line Manager
The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Warm‑Line Program Manager is a leadership‑level role responsible for creating, implementing, and advancing SCIMHA’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Warm‑Line. This position blends program design, direct service delivery, and relationship‑building to establish a sustainable, high‑quality consultation model. This role focuses on supporting adults who care for young children (ages 0–5), including parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals.
The Program Manager will be responsible for developing clear program structure and protocols, delivering IECMH brief consultation services, cultivating organizational and community support for the Warm‑Line, and—over time—overseeing program growth, including expansion of services and direct supervision of IECMH consultants. This position is fully dedicated (100%) to the IECMH Warm‑Line and requires strong initiative, clinical expertise, and collaborative leadership.
IECMH Consultation Supervisor
SCIMHA is hiring a Supervisor to share oversight of Partners for Early Attuned Relationships (PEAR) Program, South Carolina’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) program, which supports young children, their families, and the professional “helpers” in their lives (childcare teachers, therapists, social workers, pediatricians, etc).
PEAR's point of entry for service is early care and education programs. PEAR Supervisor will divide their time between program supervision (50%) and direct service delivery (50%). Supervisor will provide oversight of mental health consultants (MHCs) in their specified region, supervising 5-6 PEAR consultants.
Applicants must live in SC and have the ability to regularly travel within the region they will oversee.

Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant
We partner with early childhood education (ECE) programs across South Carolina to promote the emotional well-being of infants and young children, strengthen educator/caregiver capacity, and support healthy social-emotional early learning environments. The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC) works with children (0–5), their families, and the professionals who support them—such as early childcare providers, teachers, assistant teachers, directors, technical assistance providers and others. Using expertise in early childhood development, family dynamics, and relationship-based practice, the IECMHC supports children’s emotional growth, addresses behaviors that adults find challenging, and builds the confidence and capacity of caregivers to best support young children.
Location: Lowcountry region of SC with a preference for candidates in the Charleston area. Position is remote with required in-person visits to early childhood education (ECE) centers. Preferred candidates live within one hour of areas with a high concentration of ECE programs.
