Strengthening a secure relationship with your child.

Our Circle of Security® Parenting™(COSP) program is an eight-week group that helps you understand how children communicate their needs and how you can best respond.

Based on decades of research, facilitators use this evidence-based reflective program to work with parents, foster parents and caregivers to help you:

  • Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs.
  • Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions.
  • Enhance the development of your child's self-esteem.
  • Honor the innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure.

It’s how you can give your infant or toddler a sense of security and competence and set them up for successful lifelong learning.

To request services, fill out the intake form through Help Me Grow, our centralized access point to local resources across the state. A Help Me Grow Care Coordinator will contact you for more detail.
